Relationships and culture have always been the heartbeat of any campus environment.
We learned that even more so this past year as students and teachers transitioned from remote, to hybrid, to in-person learning during the pandemic.
This course was designed to provide real ideas and resources that you can use tomorrow to build a better culture in your entire campus.
We believe ...
1: A strong culture is like a strong foundation. Once you have that established you can build something that can withstand the wind and rain.
2: Anyone can influence culture positively (or negatively), be the one who helps bring about a positive change!
3: Kids (and adults) will work harder in a place they WANT to be in. YOU can create that space for them.
4: You can create experiences and memories that will stick for a lifetime.
